Rosie closure
THE ROSIE WILL BE CLOSED ON SUNDAY THE 13TH OF AUGUST UNTILL 4.30PM DUE TO A MATCH TAKING PLACE
SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
Rosie closed
Following a call from a couple of members early this morning with concerns for the stock in the Rosie, the team swiftly responded and checked the oxygen levels, as has happened to a large number of waters around the country we were suffering an oxygen crash.
The team immediately closed the water and put our emergency protocols into action.
With the assistance of FCCs countryside team we installed additional water pumps in addition to the permanent aeration system to add oxygen to the water.
Levels are increasing and the team will be on site for most of the day/night and tomorrow.
The Rosie will remain closed until levels have reached an acceptable level and stabilised.
We will put a notice on when are back open.
Work continues at the Rosie
Thursday 10th May, the team will be continuing with cleaning up the paths around the Rosie, the paths will be getting jet washed between pegs 1-10 so expect some noise and disruption whilst this work goes on.
